“Peace begins with a smile" ~Mother Teresa
Dear Friends,
Today, on the 22nd anniversary of September 11th, I am comforted by Mother Teresa's words. I'm staying close to home today -- thinking, remembering, being quiet. Smiling more and saying "hello" to strangers more. Helping more. Listening more. Trying to be a better person more of the time.
This week's puzzle is a garden-variety crossword -- very straightforward, as it celebrates a common crossword fill word that doesn't usually get the spotlight. Well, today 63-A is ready for its closeup!
Welcome to Week 641 of Crossword Nation. We invite you to solve "Union City" as your diversion of the week. Stay safe, be happy and take care.
If you enjoy this puzzle, please give it a good rating on Amy Reynaldo's blog, "Diary of a Crossword Fiend" (see below for details). We appreciate your positive ratings which help keep our woman-owned business strong and independent. Thank you!
Until next time, I remain . . .
Cruciverbally yours and with respect,
Liz
