Puzzle Notes

Dear Citizens of Crossword Nation,

Happy November to you! After an emotionally-exhausting week, it seems fitting to offer a puzzle with a basic, relaxing -- almost elementary -- theme. There's a paradox, though, in presenting such a puzzle. While the theme is not too exotic, writing a clever title was a challenge. Ladies and gentlemen -- welcome to Week 493 of Crossword Nation. We invite you to solve "Vowel-Sounding Fun" as your diversion of the week.

Thank you for solving and be well, Dear Ones. Until next time, I remain . . .

Cruciverbally yours,

Liz
