Dear Crossword Nation Subscribers,
I hope you'll excuse my brief preamble this week ... or perhaps a quiet puzzlemaker is the best kind of puzzlemaker.
I was sidelined by a bad cold/flu this week. For two days, I did nothing but ache and sneeze and simply exist. Though a bit zapped by the experience, I'm on the mend. To regain my strength, I turned to an empowering, strong puzzle theme that really packs a punch. Let the games begin!
