What Crossword Chameleons Do: 4 wds.
Puzzle Notes
Greetings Friends,
"The secret of being a bore is to tell everything." — Voltaire
Voltaire hits on the very reason why puzzles fascinate us – puzzles conceal, obscure and omit. It’s up to us to put the pieces back together and solve for the win.
Today’s puzzle is another low-word count affair. Those 13-letter answers (we use them often) account for the black square formations.
I pinky-promise you that all the solving components are right before your eyes. If you complete the puzzle and the theme is still not evident, please focus on the title and stare at the grid. I promise you – you’ll see the gimmick! 🙂
Welcome to Week 568 of Crossword Nation. We invite you to solve “What Crossword Chameleons Do: 4 wds.” as your challenge of the week.
Thank you for subscribing and for re-upping! Until next time, I remain . . .
Cruciverbally yours,
Liz
