Puzzle Notes

Greetings Subscribers,

“Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower" ~Albert Camus

Though summer is still very much with us, when the new crop of students arrives on campus (as it did this week), one senses that Autumn is standing in the wings -- in full costume and ready to take the stage in a few weeks. Some trees have started to turn and the nights are a tad cooler, but just a tad. It's still summer in the city and the subway stations will remain steamy 'n hot until November!

Judging from the mail I've received, subscribers seem to enjoy punny-ish themes. To that end I have rustled up a grid imbued with wacky stuff based on a theme that will unfold rather quickly or unhurriedly, depending on one's starting point.

Welcome to Week 587 of Crossword Nation. We invite you to solve "Anti-Establishment" as your challenge of the week.

Thank you for solving, re-upping and for supporting our little puzzle shop! Until next time, I remain ...

Cruciverbally yours,

Liz

But first ....

  1. Please check the Spam folder. Sometimes the Crossword Nation emails are redirected to Spam folders. This can happen after a software or system update. If it's not in the Spam folder, then try Step 2.
  2. Visit the Subscriber Portal and Re-send the Puzzle To Your Mailbox. You can always send the latest puzzle (or any puzzle from our archive) to yourself. Visit here:

Choose the "Resend Puzzle" link at the bottom right of the page. From there, you can choose which puzzle to send to your mailbox!
