Puzzle Notes

"With the coming of spring, I am calm again" ~Gustav Mahler

Dear Subscribers,

Spring has sprung and though it's still a bit wintry, folks are spending more time in the park. In the mornings, the university running teams sprint through the park as part of their training. Some students are in shorts and sandals (the unofficial March-through-November wardrobe), having returned from spring break with a tan.

High-energy workouts aren't reserved for athletes or weekend warriors. Cerebral pursuits -- like puzzle-solving -- can tire us out too! This week's puzzle calls for high-energy thinking, so grab your ACAI smoothies and join in the fun.

Welcome to Week 616 of Crossword Nation. We present "High-Energy Workout" as your challenge of the week.

Be well and thank you for supporting our little puzzle shop. Until next time, I remain . . .

Cruciverbally yours,

Liz
