I hope that you're enjoying June. Later this week, Spring will hand over the festivities to Summer. Many of us across the country are bracing for a heat wave, so let's take things easy, hydrate and indulge in puzzle-solving!

This week's puzzle is chock-a-block with thematic material that may challenge one's boundaries, but in a friendly way. It's all in the spirit of fun, fun, fun. A bit like that old Beach Boys summer classic: "We'll have fun fun fun 'til Daddy takes the crossword away . . . " -- or something like that.
