Puzzle Notes

Dear Crossword Nation Friends,

Since Valentine's Day is nigh, it may be appropriate to mention that crosswords have feelings too. Crosswords -- those boxy, punning, black-and-white goofballs that arrive in our mailboxes on Monday nights -- have crushes on others too . . . just like the rest of us. Crosswords are downright romantic, and even Tom Cruise gave them a shoutout in Jerry Maguire :

What did the Crossword Puzzle say to the Solver it had a crush on?

"You complete me"

Please know that, on Valentine's Day, crosswords are your cruciverbal valentines! And now, let's get on with today's show!

Welcome to Week 715 of Crossword Nation. Please enjoy "C-Worthy Fun" as your diversion of the week. Have a good solve, dear friends!

Cruciverbally yours,

Liz

P.S. We hope that you're enjoying the Crossword Nation puzzles, and that you'll give them a good rating on Amy Reynaldo's site. Your positive ratings help us stay strong and independent!

  2. Visit the Subscriber Portal and Re-send the Puzzle To Your Mailbox. You can always send the latest puzzle (or any puzzle from our archive) to yourself. Visit here:
