Puzzle Notes

"If everyone is thinking alike, then somebody isn't thinking" ~George S. Patton

Dear Crossword Nation Friends,

Every month I meet with a fellow crossword writer and we have a "Think Session." It's basically a "Think Club" in which we brainstorm solutions to problems in business or the way content (puzzles) is presented and disseminated. In Adam Grant's book, "Think Again," we're encouraged to think in an evolved way -- to change our thinking when necessary, and embrace "the power of knowing what we don't know." And isn't that why we turn to puzzles? Don't we seek the challenge of thinking about words and usage from different angles? Steve Jobs drove the point home with Apple's "Think Different" ad  . . . which still pulls at my heartstrings.

To that end, we've thought of a new puzzle for you this week . . .

Welcome to Week 716 of Crossword Nation. Please enjoy "Ya Think?" as your diversion of the week. Be well and Happy Solving!

Cruciverbally yours,

Liz

P.S. We hope that you're enjoying the Crossword Nation puzzles, and that you'll give them a good rating on Amy Reynaldo's site. Your positive ratings help us stay strong and independent!
